For nearly three decades, Chellam Crane Service has been a trusted name in crane rental, heavy lifting, and material handling solutions across Tamil Nadu and India. Established in 1996 by Mr. P.N. Marimuthu, the company has grown from a single 5 Ton Pick & Carry Crane into a leading crane rental service provider with a diverse fleet capable of handling projects ranging from small industrial installations to large-scale infrastructure developments.
Our journey began with a strong foundation in the motor and heavy equipment industry. Before establishing Chellam Crane Service, our founder gained extensive experience dealing in old motor parts throughout Chennai and across India. His technical knowledge, entrepreneurial vision, and commitment to customer satisfaction laid the foundation for a company that continues to set high standards in the lifting industry.
Today, Chellam Crane Service is recognized for delivering reliable, safe, and cost-effective lifting solutions backed by modern equipment, experienced operators, and exceptional customer service.
Our Journey
In 1996, Chellam Crane Service started operations with a 5 Ton Escorts Pick & Carry Crane, along with Recovery Van and Towing Van services. Through continuous investment in advanced machinery and a customer-focused approach, we steadily expanded our fleet to meet the growing demands of construction, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
Over the years, we introduced modern Escorts Farana Cranes, Telescopic Cranes, Self-Loading Cranes, Crawler Cranes, Forklifts, Knuckle Boom Cranes, Stiff Boom Cranes, Pallet Trucks, Boom Lifts, Aerial Work Platforms (AWP), and Truck Mounted Boom Lifts.
